About
Show, don’t tell.
Hiring a developer has always relied on trust built from things that are easy to embellish — a polished profile, a confident pitch, a portfolio that may or may not reflect who actually did the work.
Show2Build started from a simple observation: the best way to know if a developer can build what you need is to watch them build something like it. Not a case study. Not a sales call. An actual, working piece of software.
So we built a marketplace around that idea. A client describes what they need, picks three developers, and gives them the same brief and 24 hours. Each developer builds a small, honest proof of what they can do, records a short video, and proposes their price and approach for the full project. The client compares all three side by side and chooses based on what they actually saw — not what they were told.
It’s deliberately scoped to be fair on both sides. Developers aren’t asked to do unpaid full-project work — just enough to demonstrate real ability. Clients aren’t asked to gamble a full project on a profile and a proposal.
Everything — communication, agreements, payments — stays on the platform, so both sides have a clear, fair record from the first brief through to the final milestone.
Don’t just say you can build it. Show it.
